J\u2019ai vite compris que tout repose sur la mise en place de rituels simples mais efficaces, soutenus par une <strong>auto-discipline r\u00e9guli\u00e8re<\/strong>. Sans ces rituels, il est difficile de maintenir une s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mes 3 habitudes pour \u00eatre zen au quotidien<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Me lever avant le lever du soleil<\/strong><br \/>Qu\u2019il fasse chaud ou froid, je commence ma journ\u00e9e en douceur, en prenant du temps pour moi. Lecture, \u00e9criture ou visionnage de webinaires stimulent mon esprit et nourrissent ma curiosit\u00e9. Ce moment matinal est essentiel pour poser les bases d\u2019une journ\u00e9e apais\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Un petit d\u00e9jeuner ressour\u00e7ant et convivial<\/strong><br \/>Chaque matin, je pr\u00e9pare un repas \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 pour mon \u00e9pouse et moi : th\u00e9 Ro\u00efbos bio, g\u00e2teau au yaourt enrichi de super-aliments (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.copmed.fr\/fr\/super-aliments\/624-graines-de-chia-bio.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">graines de chia<\/a><\/strong>, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.copmed.fr\/fr\/super-aliments\/617-muesli-cranberries-et-chocolat-noir.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">muesli au cranberries et chocolat noir<\/a><\/strong>\u2026) et fruits frais du jardin. Nous d\u00e9gustons tout cela en \u00e9coutant Mozart ou Bach et en observant la nature depuis notre fen\u00eatre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Activit\u00e9s en pleine nature<\/strong><br \/>Que ce soit une marche consciente d\u2019une heure ou des travaux dans mon potager, je me connecte chaque jour \u00e0 la Terre. Cela renforce mon \u00e9nergie et m\u2019aide \u00e0 accepter l\u2019impermanence des choses.
