n&rsquo;existe en fran\u00e7ais , pour la simple et bonne raison que le sujet est tabou en France , je m&rsquo;interresse aux effets de la \u00ab\u00a0cuisson\u00a0\u00bb au four micro-onde ( si tent\u00e9 que l&rsquo;on puisse appler cela un mode de cuisson&#8230;) sur nos organismes depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es et j&rsquo;aime \u00e0 aller voir ce que font nos amis am\u00e9ricains et britanniques , nettement moins timides sur ce sujet  &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aussi , ma source est le site de publicatio<strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En r\u00e9sum\u00e9 , voici ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvert:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;effet de l&rsquo;ingestion d&rsquo;aliments cuits au micro-ondes sur les enzymes antioxydantes s\u00e9riques et les vitamines chez&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/agricultural-and-biological-sciences\/albinism\">les<\/a>&nbsp;rats&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/agricultural-and-biological-sciences\/albinism\">albinos a<\/a>&nbsp;\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9.&nbsp;Dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, trente-deux (32) rats m\u00e2les wistar albinos ont \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenus et regroup\u00e9s en quatre groupes (A, B, C et D) de huit animaux chacun.&nbsp;Les animaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 acclimat\u00e9s pendant 7 jours \u00e0 des aliments commerciaux pour rats.&nbsp;Les animaux des groupes B, C et D ont tous \u00e9t\u00e9 nourris \u00e0&nbsp;<em>volont\u00e9&nbsp;<\/em>avec de la bouillie d&rsquo;&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/agricultural-and-biological-sciences\/yams\">igname<\/a>&nbsp;, des f\u00e8ves de bouillie et de la gel\u00e9e de riz avec de la viande\/du poisson r\u00e9chauff\u00e9s pendant 2 min, 4 min et 6 min pour les groupes B, C et D respectivement pendant 42 jours.&nbsp;Le groupe A a \u00e9t\u00e9 nourri avec de la nourriture et de l&rsquo;eau sans micro-ondes pendant la dur\u00e9e de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude (42 jours) et a servi de contr\u00f4le.&nbsp;Enzymes antioxydantes activit\u00e9s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/agricultural-and-biological-sciences\/superoxide-dismutase\">superoxyde dismutase<\/a>&nbsp;(SOD),&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/earth-and-planetary-sciences\/catalase\">catalase&nbsp;<\/a>(CAT),<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/earth-and-planetary-sciences\/tocopherol\">les<\/a>&nbsp;concentrations de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/earth-and-planetary-sciences\/tocopherol\">vitamines A et E<\/a>&nbsp;ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de m\u00e9thodes standard.&nbsp;Les r\u00e9sultats obtenus \u00e0 partir de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude ont montr\u00e9 que la consommation d&rsquo;aliments aux micro-ondes a entra\u00een\u00e9 une diminution significative (P &lt; 0,05) de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 SOD et CAT chez les rats nourris avec les aliments aux micro-ondes.&nbsp;De plus,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/earth-and-planetary-sciences\/enzyme-activity\">&nbsp;l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 enzymatique<\/a>&nbsp;antioxydante\u00e9taient plus significativement (P &lt; 0,05) r\u00e9duits chez les rats expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des aliments mis au micro-ondes pendant 6 min par rapport au groupe t\u00e9moin (A).&nbsp;De plus, les concentrations s\u00e9riques de vitamines A et E \u00e9taient significativement (P &lt; 0,05) diminu\u00e9es chez les rats nourris avec des aliments expos\u00e9s aux micro-ondes pendant 6 minutes par rapport au groupe t\u00e9moin.&nbsp;Les micro-ondes et l&rsquo;augmentation du temps de micro-ondes ont entra\u00een\u00e9 une r\u00e9duction significative de la SOD, de la CAT, de la vitamine A et E chez les rats nourris.&nbsp;Par cons\u00e9quent, notre \u00e9tude a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la consommation d&rsquo;aliments cuits au micro-ondes entra\u00eenait une diminution significative de la protection antioxydante et pourrait \u00eatre impliqu\u00e9e dans la pathogen\u00e8se du&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/topics\/earth-and-planetary-sciences\/oxidative-stress\">stress oxydatif<\/a>&nbsp;et des maladies d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Edifiant n&rsquo;est ce pas ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heureusement , des solutions naturelles existent !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tout d&rsquo;abord, jetez votre micro-onde et revenez \u00e0 des modes de cuisson , plus doux et pas forc\u00e9ment beaucoup plus lents (pour ceux qui mettent toujours en avant le cot\u00e9 pratique et rapide de la \u00ab\u00a0cuisine\u00a0\u00bb au micro-onde .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3HQj6Tm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Le<\/strong> <strong>cuiseur vapeur<\/strong><\/a><strong> reste \u00e0<\/strong> <strong>ce jour l&rsquo;objet<\/strong> <strong>le plus rapide pour cuire et r\u00e9chauffer , en protegean<a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3HQj6Tm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">t notre sant\u00e9 !<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De plus , une suppl\u00e9mentation de qualit\u00e9 est indispensable !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
