{"id":19858,"date":"2022-01-04T12:16:43","date_gmt":"2022-01-04T10:16:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.emmanuelastier.com\/?p=19858"},"modified":"2025-01-22T09:00:38","modified_gmt":"2025-01-22T07:00:38","slug":"alimentation-saine-cle-de-votre-immunite","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.emmanuelastier.com\/index.php\/2022\/01\/04\/alimentation-saine-cle-de-votre-immunite\/","title":{"rendered":"Alimentation saine , cl\u00e9 de votre immunit\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bonjour,<br \/><br \/>D\u2019apr\u00e8s une\u00a0\u00e9tude publi\u00e9e dans la revue\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/gut.bmj.com\/\">Gut\u00a0<\/a>, (dont le sens principal en fran\u00e7ais est \u00a0intestin\u00a0) <\/em>et les donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un peu moins de 600 000 participants, le groupe des individus ayant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emmanuelastier.com\/index.php\/cuisine-sante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l\u2019alimentation la plus saine<\/a> (25% de l\u2019effectif) a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un risque inf\u00e9rieur de 10% de contracter la Covid-19 par rapport \u00e0 ceux mangeant le moins bien (25% de l\u2019effectif), et surtout un risque diminu\u00e9 de 40% d\u2019\u00e9voluer vers une forme s\u00e9v\u00e8re.<br \/><br \/>Il ressort de cette \u00e9tude\u00a0que les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats se rapportent \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime privil\u00e9giant la consommation de l\u00e9gumes, de fruits, de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales enti\u00e8res et de noix, ainsi que de poissons gras et de bonnes mati\u00e8res grasses comme l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, comprenant peu de denr\u00e9es d\u2019origine industrielle et d\u2019hydrates de carbone (glucides) raffin\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On peut y ajouter de la viande , si l\u2019on ne souhaite pas s\u2019en priver , \u00e0 la condition , qu\u2019elle soit d\u2019origine naturelle ou biologique , issue de morceaux les moins gras et de plus , &nbsp;pour tous les ingr\u00e9dients , &nbsp;cuisin\u00e9s le plus proche possible des modes de cuisson douce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les sucres devront avoir un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.emmanuelastier.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Tableau-des-Sucres-article-biocontact-mars-2012.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">index glyc\u00e9mique le plus faible possible<\/a>.<br \/><br \/>Les auteurs soulignent qu\u2019une telle alimentation , dans le cadre de leur recherche, a permis de constater \u00a0un microbiote plus diversifi\u00e9, un terrain moins sujet \u00e0 l\u2019inflammation, une diminution de la graisse corporelle et de meilleures lipid\u00e9mie et glyc\u00e9mie.
