Il faut \u00eatre soumis \u00e0 un stress chronique, souvent une charge de travail importante, des probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;organisation et de communication au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise. Les hommes sont plus souvent touch\u00e9s, davantage de jeunes et des gens avec un niveau de dipl\u00f4me plus \u00e9lev\u00e9. On dit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de la \u00ab\u00a0<strong>maladie du cadre\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. Apr\u00e8s, il existe de multiples facteurs plus personnalis\u00e9s li\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00a0une facilit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation diff\u00e9rente au stress. Les perfectionnistes sont par exemple les plus touch\u00e9s. Certaines personnes sont aussi plus vite stress\u00e9es, d&rsquo;autres connaissent des vies priv\u00e9es compliqu\u00e9es ou trop de solitude. On rel\u00e8ve aussi de la frustration dans le travail fourni et la mani\u00e8re dont il est reconnu par les autres, donc un manque de reconnaissance, un besoin d&rsquo;autonomie, une demande non avou\u00e9e de soutien.<br \/>\n<strong>Comment agir ?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vous devez analyser la surcharge de travail et tenter de d\u00e9l\u00e9guer aupr\u00e8s de vos collaborateurs ou d\u2019un stagiaire pour vous all\u00e9ger. La communication au sein de l&rsquo;entreprise doit s&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer et \u00eatre positive, humaniste, constructive. Le burnout est souvent li\u00e9 \u00e0 un manque de communication avec un(e) sup\u00e9rieur(e) hi\u00e9rarchique, il est donc essentiel de tenter de parler, de mieux se faire reconna\u00eetre, d&rsquo;obtenir un changement de rythme de votre travail, de refuser de ramener du travail \u00a0le soir et les week-ends \u00e0 la maison. Si cela vous semble irr\u00e9alisable dans l\u2019imm\u00e9diat\u2026, alors tentez de travailler sur vos <strong>capacit\u00e9s d&rsquo;adaptation<\/strong> gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la<strong> PNL<\/strong> et \u00e0 <strong>l\u2019hypnose<\/strong> (<strong>gestion du stress<\/strong>,<strong> relaxation<\/strong>, etc.). Mais il est important d&rsquo;en <strong>parler<\/strong> d\u00e9j\u00e0 autour de <strong>soi<\/strong>, avec ses <strong>coll\u00e8gues<\/strong>. Pour vous en sortir , vous n\u2019aurez d\u2019autre choix que de r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 vous imposer des limites, m\u00eame si ce n&rsquo;est pas \u00e9vident puisque vous voulez toujours mieux faire. L&rsquo;extr\u00eame, c&rsquo;est \u00e9videmment de <strong>changer de travail<\/strong>, mais ce n&rsquo;est pas toujours \u00e9vident.
